Blog and art activity will be sparse over the next weeks because I’ll enjoy some time off. As in offline. During summer holidays, I reduce my online time because it’s so helpful for mental (and otherwise) health. Especially with a neurodivergent brain, it’s too easy to fall into the rabbit hole of obscure internet topics, doomscrolling or getting stuck in paralysis. But this also means more time for offline, old-fashioned traditional artwork. Let’s see if the muses visit me once I get into the holidays mood. The first couple of days don’t really feel like holidays, do they? Body and mind need some time to adjust to the wonderful feeling that no, there is indeed nothing you should be doing right now. Soo, time to leave the treadmill for a little while and see you in a couple of weeks! Hope you’re having a fine summer time.
