So glad that winter is over, I need some warmth and sun in my life. Still suffering from the last effects of a cold, therefore no new comic page yet. I’ve hardly started on the pencils but yesterday I felt okay with slowly getting back to it for the first time in weeks. Also waiting for daylight in the evenings because it’s the only time of the day when I can focus on drawing.
Fun fact: During the winter months, I prefer to work on handicraft in the evening as I’m an avid knitter. Knitting is easier to run on aut-pilot than drawing, and I’m just too tired for anything else at the moment…

To hide the fact that I have nothing art-wise to show, I’m gonna share another text snippet of the Hive’s locations:

Bridge: The bridge of Hive 53 is different from other hives because the holographic navigation display has a couple of popular computer games integrated. During the long hours of boring hyperspace travel, crew members who are on duty can be seen playing strategic simulations like Age of Ancients or Atlantis Village. There are also some classical Jump’n Run games like Super Wraith Brothers or Shoot`em ups like Genii Invaders. The database also holds a comprehensive collection of amusing videos featuring pranks among the crew, cuddly little furry creatures or – Silla’s favourites – lifestyle tips. In a niche opposite the main viewport there’s an outlet for hot beverages. Though the Wraigh don’t need caffeine, they do enjoy a nice cup of coffee, tea or cocoa every now and then.

The side project is still coming along thanks to my new schedule, can’t wait to share more! I’m going to need a beta tester at some point in the future.
