A quick sign of life – I just noticed that the last entry is from June! I’m fine so far although art progress has been very slow the last months. I have no excuses for this, it’s a combination of art block and a wonderful lazyness. It still feels kinda good, being without pressure of having to crank out yet another comic page.

In the moments when I’m not suffering from art block, I do however get some stuff done. Firstly, I got working on a small commission. It’s still in early stages but once there is something more substantial to see, I’ll share it.

Then there’s the other project I’ve been working on for a while now which still requires a couple of mini illustrations like the one below. Behold a snapshot of the Commander’s Quarters on Hive 53:

Also, in June, I re-discovered a long-sleeping fandom love (read: obsession) of mine. At the moment, I have two complementary artworks in the making that are a bit more challenging for their level of detail. Once they’re finished they’ll be uploaded here and on deviantArt. Vague hint is vague, can anybody guess the fandom?

That’s all for now, just letting you know how things are proceeding at my end, can’t wait to get finally something finished enough to show completely!
